To place an order you need a customer number. You can create this by clicking "register" at the top right. If you already have an account, click "log in".

Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the red button "add to cart". You can also indicate the number of pieces if desired.

Have you found everything you need, go to the shopping cart and select "checkout". You can now enter your address details, or choose "I am an existing customer". You can also select the shipping and payment method, and possibly add a comment.

If everything is correct, click "checkout". You will now automatically enter the payment environment of your bank. If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation by E-mail, and the order can then be processed by us.

If you want to return your ordered items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account.

Please include our return form in the package so we can easily process your return.

For packages delivered with DHL/PostNL:

You can easily return these using our return portal. You only need to print the shipping label and hand in the package at a service point. The return costs for this shipment are automatically deducted from the order amount owed by us.

  1. Register your shipment for return by following the steps on the screen. You will need your track and trace code, which you can find in our emails. Choose a service point in your area to deliver your shipment. Then print your return label.
  2. Download and fill in our return form so that we can see who the return originates from and process your shipment quickly.
  3. Pack your items well (where possible in original packaging) so that they arrive undamaged. Don't forget to include your return form!
  4. Hand in the package, with return label, at the chosen delivery point.

(if you prefer to return the package yourself by post, that is of course also possible. Don't forget to add the return form)

For packages delivered with Transmission:

We do not have a return portal for TransMission. You can return your shipment by post yourself. The costs for return are not reimbursed. For pallets, etc., it is possible to have these collected from you, but we do charge an amount for this.

  1. Indicate that you want to return your order by sending an email to [email protected]
  2. Download and fill in our return form so that we can see who the return is from and process your shipment quickly.
  3. Pack your items well (where possible in original packaging) so that they arrive undamaged. Don't forget to include your return form!
  4. Return your package to us. Our return address is Kalkoven 5, 9351 NP Leek.

 

We use a number of guidelines for returns:

  • Return products in their original condition and packaging as far as possible, and do not stick tape on products or on the packaging, only on the shipping box. In the event of damage or otherwise unsaleable products, we reserve the right to withhold part of the purchase amount in connection with depreciation.
  • Has your order arrived defective, damaged or is there another problem? Please contact us before sending the item back, and possibly take a photo on which the damage is clearly visible.
  • Return shipping costs are for your own account (exceptions are warranty issues and incorrect deliveries).
  • Items that are delivered sealed can only be returned if the seal has not been broken. If it has been opened, the item will not be taken back.
  • Items that are supplied by the meter or centimeter, and are therefore cut to size (for example, fabric, profiles or rubbers) cannot be taken back.
  • Returns without a return form or indication of sender are processed less quickly. This may delay the refund of the purchase amount.

Yes, that's possible. You can indicate this when creating an account or when completing your order (delivery address). Different rates apply here than within the Netherlands, and the free shipping for orders above € 150, - does not apply.

It may be that your country has not yet been set up in the system. In this case you can call or email us, then we can compose an invoice with the right shipping costs for you.
