To place an order you need a customer number. You can create this by clicking "register" at the top right. If you already have an account, click "log in".

Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the red button "add to cart". You can also indicate the number of pieces if desired.

Have you found everything you need, go to the shopping cart and select "checkout". You can now enter your address details, or choose "I am an existing customer". You can also select the shipping and payment method, and possibly add a comment.

If everything is correct, click "checkout". You will now automatically enter the payment environment of your bank. If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation by E-mail, and the order can then be processed by us.

If you want to return your ordered items, you can do so in a number of steps, depending on the shipping company:

For packages delivered with DHL:

  • Register your shipment via our return portal via the link in the shipping e-mail you received (or click here). Follow the steps on the screen and print your return label.
  • Download our return form and fill it out
  • Pack your items well so that they arrive undamaged and add the form in the package
  • Drop the package at the delivery point you have chosen.

For packages delivered with Transmission:

  • Register your shipment for return by sending an e-mail to or calling +31 (0)594-515181
  • Download our return form and fill it out
  • Pack your items well so that they arrive undamaged and add the form in the package
  • Send your package back to us (Kalkoven 5, 9351 NP Leek)

If we have received your shipment in good condition, the return will be processed and we will generally return the money to you within 14 days.

We use a number of guidelines for return:

  • Only unopened, unused and undamaged items can be returned;
  • Has your order been damaged? Please contact us before you return the article, and if necessary make a photo on which the damage is clearly visible. Transport damage that is not reported in advance is treated as damage due to the fault of the customer;
  • Items that have been ordered especially for you can not be returned;
  • Items that are delivered sealed can only be returned when the seal is not broken. If this is the case, the item is considered defective and not taken back;
  • Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense (unless there is an error with us, eg wrong delivery);
  • Shipping costs are not refunded when the purchase price is refunded;
  • Return shipments without return form or indication of sender are processed less quickly. The refund can be delayed or even completely canceled.

Yes, that's possible. You can indicate this when creating an account or when completing your order (delivery address). Different rates apply here than within the Netherlands, and the free shipping for orders above € 150, - does not apply.

It may be that your country has not yet been set up in the system. In this case you can call or email us, then we can compose an invoice with the right shipping costs for you.
